Today, I said goodbye to Eliasib as he left for work. I then proceeded to do some sewing, cleaning and food preparation (no, of course I'm not a housewife!). I was a little lonely because being at home all day can alter your perspective on reality and could theoretically cause you to speak to inanimate objects. Luckily I have not reached this fearful stage yet, I have only been at home during the day a few times and this condition only sets in after prolonged periods of time.
Since I was working busily all by myself, I decided to bring Maranatha downstairs. I set her in the living room next to Megan and we all had a grande time! Thanks Maranatha! No matter the depth of your body, the depth of your ability to light up a room never changes! Although in this form, I'm afraid Maranatha is a sunny day companion. Gotta keep this one out of the rain to keep her colors bright.

ReplyDeleteApparently Elib and I weren't wasting our time after all/ ;) Making a life-size cardboard cutout of myself was the best thing I've ever done.
ReplyDeleteYou need to send me a picture of yourself so I can make one of you and then we can have virtual tea-party on Skype.
